What Electorate HQ is

Electorate HQ is an election simulation and analysis tool provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes. Simulation results are AI-generated. They are not polling data, official election results, endorsements, professional advice, or guarantees of future electoral outcomes, and they must not be presented as any of those things.

Acceptable use

Accuracy and warranties

Factual material on race and state pages is drawn from public sources and refreshed on a rolling basis, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, current or error-free, and AI-generated content in particular can be wrong. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Electorate HQ's liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is nothing.

Content and attribution

Headlines link to their original publishers, and background material derived from Wikipedia is subject to its licensing. The Electorate HQ name, design and original content belong to the site's operator. You are welcome to share screenshots and links with attribution; please keep the AI simulation labeling visible when you do.

Neutrality

Electorate HQ does not advocate for or against any candidate or party. Nothing on the site is a solicitation of votes or a campaign communication, and no sponsor or advertiser has influence over simulation output or editorial content.

Changes, termination and contact

We may update these terms, change the service, or discontinue features at any time; the date above moves when the terms change. Continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are pending final review by legal counsel, including choice of governing law. Questions belong on the contact page.
